Initial Consultation

It is important that you find a counsellor who is a good fit for you. When a potential client contacts me, I offer an initial free 15-minute consultation call. 

This initial meeting gives us both a sense of who we are, an insight to explore what you are looking for from counselling, and for you to ask any questions you may have.


Should you decide to continue, there will be a follow up 50-minute assessment session at a chargeable rate. At this meeting, I will take a history of your background and ask you why you are seeking support at this point. We will also discuss what are your needs and goals for therapy.

If we both decide to work together a contract for further work can be confirmed. I offer contracts for long term or short-term work. For short-term work there is a requirement of a minimum of 6 sessions. After the sixth session, we can review our work together where a client can consider if they would like to extend the contract. All sessions last 50 minutes. I work either in person from my practice in North London, or online via zoom.

(strolling side-by-side and talking rather than sitting face-to-face)

(Online sessions are conducted via a Zoom video link)

Cancellation Policy

Note: 48 hours’ notice is required for any missed or cancelled sessions
